Noel was born in Grand Rapids, MI, and throughout the years has become immersed in the world of body piercing. She first came into contact with body modification in her early years and had been enamored ever since. Her late teen years were filled with collecting piercings from local artists, making jewelry, and finding herself through alternate means of self expression.
Noel completed her apprenticeship in Chicago and much of her free time was spent traveling to sit in with educated and well versed piercers to gain as much knowledge and experience as she could. She has been fortunate enough to pierce in Florida, Chicago, Iowa, and Michigan before eventually making her way to the east coast. In 2022, Noel took it upon herself to attend the Association of Professional Piercers Conference in Vegas and has also taken independent classes from Ryan Ouellette and others in a means of furthering her education in hopes to make piercing accessible and comfortable for all.
Noel’s other passions include cooking, knitting, caring for her plants, and playing video games.
