I can’t thank them enough,I made a mistake with my order, and I was supposed to bear the consequences, but they reshipped it for free—even though the shipping cost is very high. This is an incredible level of customer service and care. They were very quick to respond, extremely helpful, and handled everything with precision and attention. I didn’t expect such amazing treatment, and I’m truly grateful to them.
They also provide a really nice international service, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free no matter where you are.

Second time getting pierced here and both times have been lovely!! I got lucky enough to have my second appointment today with a guest piercer, Carlos. He was absolutely lovely and such a wonderful guy!! We had so much fun chatting during my appointment, and he made me feel so comfortable. He was incredibly kind and gentle; really took his time to measure and confirm placements since I was mirroring a piercing I already had on one ear. My lobes look amazing now and I’m so glad I got to meet him today!! PLEASE have him come back soon, I want more bling now just to hang out again for a bit!!! Also huge shout out to the ladies at the front who let me agonize over my jewelry selection for an hour without making me feel like a burden…appreciate you!

Truly a fantastic piercing experience. Everyone was so approachable and kind. Pixie did my piercing and they were amazing. They were so patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. The results look amazing. Had such a good experience here! Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. Pixie did my piercings, and they were the best! They explained everything they were doing and measuring. They gave me lots of verbal cues before touching me or piercing and were super fast, which of course helped when getting more than one piercing in a sitting. Aftercare was thoroughly covered, and their website has lots of resources. So glad I found a new spot after moving to the area. 💕

Kelsey is amazing! I wanted my 8 year old to feel safe and calm getting her ears pierced. Everyone on the staff was warm and friendly to my child. The front desk was efficient and VERY knowledgeable. I watched Kelsey wash her hands and everything was clean and came out of autoclaved packaging. This was EXACTLY the experience I was hoping for! It’s clear they have high standards.

I had an amazing experience at this location! I was really disappointed when the Baltimore location closed, and I couldn’t redeem my free piercing. My husband and I decided to make a trip here, and from the moment we walked in, everything was absolutely fantastic—definitely a 12/10 experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, we had genuine conversations, and the atmosphere was so positive. I’m thrilled I was able to redeem my piercing without any issues, and they even gave me a few great recommendations for places to get the backings switched out that's a bit closer to home. Highly recommend this spot!

Very happy with my experience with Infinite. My sister and I came from over an hour away to get pierced. We are so glad we did! Everyone was so nice and very knowledgeable. My piercer, Zach, was amazing and my forward helix piercings are perfect!

I originally came in looking to buy jewelry for my septum that had already been pierced elsewhere, but inquired for any available appointments that day and they actually had one within the next thirty minutes!! This is definitely not standard though and I wouldn’t recommend walking in for a new piercing due to their existing busy schedule. I got super lucky and was able to consult with multiple piercers about the best placement for my vertical labret piercing. As for the piercing process itself, everything was super clean and professional, and admittedly I did almost pass out during the process but my piercer was incredibly helpful in calming me down, providing water and juice and making sure I was okay to proceed further with securing the jewelry. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! I didn’t even feel embarrassed about my reaction at all. Everyone is very knowledgeable and wants the best experience for you!

Infinite is the best, hands down. I have had 6 piercings and countless jewelry changes done here, and every single person who has ever been involved with any part of those has been wonderful. Everything is clean and comfortable and welcoming.
I have taken my 12 year old for two sets of piercings here. John and Mac were both amazing with her, explaining things every step of the way. She has anxiety, so it could have been challenging, but they both made her feel so at ease throughout the whole process that she left both appointments already planning her next piercings. She also appreciated the counter staff enthusiastically helping her decide on her jewelry.
We will definitely be back for more!

went to go get my bellybutton pierced and they said i didn’t have the anatomy to get the kind of piercing i wanted, but they did offered other options or other ways to pierce my bellybutton which i thought was super super awesome because i ended up getting my lower bellybutton pierced (which the piercer recommended) and it’s my favorite piercing EVER!!! really appreciated that the staff are so welcoming and willing to put the time and effort into working with you so you can leave happy!

Great experience and welcoming atmosphere! I had my piercing appointment with Zach who is phenomenal at what he does. Very professional and laid back, explaining everything that he was doing.
Based off this great initial experience, I returned a few months later and had the my next appointment with Pixie, who was also phenomenal, especially at multiple piercings being done within the same session.

Nabbed a rare same day Saturday evening appointment yesterday, got my second lobes pierced and wanted to check if an older conch piercing was still open.
Steele helped me with the piercing jewelry, some new 5/8” plugs for my stretched ears and a style for my existing conch piercing. They even helped me try to find some merch that was low stock.
Noel was my piercer, they explained everything they were doing as they were doing it, the piercing was quick and (almost) painless and they helped me figure out if any of my existing piercings were still open. The conch was unfortunately not open but we found an anti-tragus that was so we stuck something in there.
Overall the experience was great from start to finish. The staff I worked with was helpful and friendly, and the shop was clean and sanitary. As a bonus it’s a 10 minute walk from my apartment so I’m excited to go back.

I had an incredible experience at Infinite Body Piercings, thanks to the amazing Amelia Hancock! I initially planned to get a Christina piercing, but after carefully evaluating my anatomy, she suggested the vertical clitoral hood (VCH) piercing would be a better option for healing. Amelia took the time to show me photos and ensure I was comfortable with the choice.Throughout the entire process, she was attentive and supportive, guiding me with breathing techniques and checking in to see how I was feeling. I was so nervous that I psych myself out, but when it came to the actual piercing, I was shocked at how minimal the pain was—it felt like just a little pinch! When Amelia informed me she was finished, I couldn't believe it; I thought she was joking!
This truly was one of the best piercing experiences of my life. I’m incredibly grateful to have had Amelia by my side for my first piercing. Her professionalism and expertise made all the difference. Thank you, Amelia and Infinite Body Piercings! Highly recommended!

In my opinion, this is the best safest cleanest studio on the East Coast!!!! Professional, friendly staff, easy appointment and instruction! And we brought our nine-year-old to get their ears pierced, and I was over the moon with how kid friendly they were!!!

I went in for a jewelry change and had some questions about aftercare they they were able to provide detailed information on. I felt very comfortable sharing my concerns with them and it was evident that there was no judgement on their end. I came to this website for a different product and found these while I was here. Tunnels are my favorite type of plugs for my ear lobes and I’ve always wondered if quality glass tunnels exist. Here they are! And for a decent price. I appreciate all the extra o-rings that are included as well!
Never thought I’d need this until I started studying esthetics. We’re using different machines, including devices that use electricity, in which case all metal has to be removed from the body. I was worried about the consistency in the size but this retainer is perfect and exactly what I needed!
I have to have surgery and needed a glass retainer because they don't want any metal on me (surgical grade or not), and I found these. I've never shopped here before, but they literally had a tracking number sent to me in less than 20 minutes after I placed my order. The retainer arrived that same week and they included so many extra O Rings that I didn't realize came with it. Both the O Rings and the retainer were sealed separately in tamper evident bags. Would 1000% recommend. Thank y'all so much!

I'd been eyeing this piece for a while and am glad I finally picked it up. It's the perfect amount of sparkle on a non gem piece, exactly what I wanted as part of my permanent earscape curation. 3mm may seem small but the piece makes quite a statement.
This piece is gorgeous! I got the rose gold with warm topaz for my second lobe piercings - they're the perfect size and catch the light beautifully. Super happy with the quality of the piece and incredibly quick service!
