Gorilla Glass

Soda-lime glass weights with a smooth wearable surface on a carved matte martele finish below. Small weights measures approximately 1 ½” in total length and weigh 15 grams. Must be at least ½” to wear. Medium weights measures approximately 2” in total length and weigh 34 grams. Must be at least ½” to wear. Large weights measures approximately 2 ½” in total length and weigh a hefty 72 grams. Must be at least ⅝” to wear.

Made from soda-lime glass, these opaque black weights have a fully polished black surface on one side with an always-changing iridescent finish on the other. Dazzling in the light. Must be at least 1/2” to wear. Each weight measures 2” across and weighs a hefty 44 grams.

Gorilla Glass’s Power Hoops are the result of a unique collaboration between Jason Pfohl, owner of Gorilla Glass, and glass artist Orfeo Quagliata, founder and lead designer of Phuze design studio in Mexico City. Made from the fusion of different color soda-lime glass sheets joined together in special ovens and then cooled to room temperature. These hoops feature bubbles and swirls of deep purple and clear glass. Each piece is unique. Must be at least 1” to wear. Hoops weigh approximately 176 grams each and have an outer diameter of 3 ½”.

Each year, Gorilla Glass creates a set of designs to be produced for a single year only. No longer in production, these teardrops feature a solid dark blue background topped by pale blue flowers with carved line detail. Each double-flared plug measures 1 ½” (38mm). Sold as a pair.
