Made of implant-grade titanium with a natural high polish finish or gold bonded. Gold bonded rings are first coated through a PVD process with a layer of titanium nitride (TiN) followed by a layer of 24k gold. This multilayer coating system provides superior adhesion, increased hardness, excellent wear resistance, and a durable and inert 24k gold surface that is safe for extended wear.
